This post is all about the changes to the Nine Pieces Puzzle Game. The top most entry is the current version. You can download the game here (clickonce version) or here (msi installer version).
Version 1.1.0.1
Added difficulty levels Easy and Standard.
When playing the game on difficulty level Easy the optimal number of moves to a solution is displayed in the bottom right corner.
Version 1.1.0.0
Added a timer and a move counter to enhance competitive elements of the game.
When no updates are available a message is now displayed.
When checking for updates and when updating the cursor now changes to the hourglass cursor.
Version 1.0.0.10
Fixed a bug that prevented the player from being notified when solving the puzzle. Version 1.0.0.9 has been released, but immediately replaced, because the internal version had not been updated.
Version 1.0.0.8
Added visual aids to the board. Behind and between two connected pieces a red or green light has been placed. If the two connected sides match then a green light is shown otherwise a red light is shown.
Version 1.0.0.7
Signed with my own certificate.
Added sound to the following actions and events:
- rotation
- swap
- puzzle solved
Added the following menu items to the Help menu:
